We are involved in the content of the advertisements; the products or services being promoted. We are not involved with any monetary transactions between buyers and sellers. Therefore, we do not control the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or truthfulness of the listings.
Our primary service is to host advertisements submitted by third-party advertisers. 

Investment.lk provides an open technology platform and marketplace designed to connect Users with investment opportunities, assets, and various third-party service providers, including banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, traders, legal services, importers, exporters, and BOI projects.

Any engagement with an advertiser including inquiries, reservations, or transactions is at your own discretion. Once you initiate direct contact with an advertiser via email, phone, or other means, your interaction with Investment.lk ceases. 

Investment.lk reserves the right (but not the obligation) to refuse, delete, or remove any advertisement at our sole discretion, with or without reason. This includes, but is not limited to ads that violate our Terms and Conditions, contain inappropriate content, or constitute spam.

We are not involved in the actual transactions between buyers, sellers, or investors. Our primary service is facilitating connections and listing the opportunities posted by advertisers and partners.

No Financial or Legal Advice:

The content, ready-made portfolios, guides, and tools on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute personalized financial, investment, trading, legal, or professional advice. The “dedicated account managers” are available for platform guidance and onboarding but do not provide personalized financial or legal advice, unless a separate, formal, and regulated advisory contract is executed.

Transaction Disputes:

Any dispute that arises in connection with the purchase, sale, trade, or investment of assets, properties, vehicles, businesses, or services facilitated through the Investment.lk platform is solely between the Buyer and the Seller/Service Provider. We will not mediate any such dispute between parties and cannot be held liable for any claim of loss, damages, or wrongdoing on behalf of either party.

User Responsibility for Information:

By using the Website, you agree that you will be solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to us and to other Users, including details related to investment limits, budget, location, and asset information.

Prohibited Activities:

You agree to only use the Website for lawful purposes. If you make postings knowingly providing false details, fake or bogus listings, or impersonate another party, we reserve the right to pass your details to the aggrieved third party, their agents, or any law enforcement agency and ban you from the Website.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event will Investment.lk, its parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, its vendors, agents, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, liability for negligence, loss of profit, or loss of data, arising out of, based on, or resulting from this Agreement or your use of the service.

Sole Remedy:

If you are dissatisfied with the service, do not agree with any part of this agreement, or have any other dispute with Investment.lk, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service. 

Any dispute arising from the purchase, sale, or reservation of services/products listed on Investment.lk is strictly between the Buyer (the individual engaging with the Seller) and the Seller (the individual or entity offering the service/product). 

We do not mediate such disputes and cannot be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses incurred by either party. Once you engage directly with a third party, your relationship for that service or transaction is primarily with that third party, not Investment.lk.

Investment.lk does not vet advertisers, guarantee their offerings, or take responsibility for the services or products they provide.

By using Investment.lk, both Buyers and Sellers release Investment.lk, its affiliates, vendors, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or causes of action related to the posting, sale, or purchase of services or products.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we guarantee that data will not be lost or that defects will be corrected. The Website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We accept no responsibility for updating content or for any failure to do so.
If you knowingly post false information, impersonate another party, or submit fraudulent listings, we reserve the right to share your details with affected parties, their representatives, or law enforcement agencies, and to ban you from the Website.
